WAIVER

All players must sign a waiver form in order to use the arena. All players under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian prior to using the arena. ALL WAIVERS MUST BE DONE IN PERSON AT BATTLE LAB and the signing adult, for both themselves or any minors must have a valid Drivers License or government state issued ID present at check in. A picture of the player will be taken at first time check in and will be added to their waiver profile page with Battle Lab.

For children under 18 years of age a adult signature is REQUIRED. Adult ID  (for all participants ) will be checked in at check-in process in person so please have valid government issued  ID to verify.

TRIGGER LIMITATIONS

   All triggers must have trigger movement with noticeable take-up

   All replicas must have a functional trigger guard

   No more than one finger in the trigger guard at a time

   Must maintain positive control with pistol grip

   No binary triggers allowed

   All guns must have a functioning safety (your gun can not fire with safety engaged)

ELECTRO PNEUMATIC LIMITS (Polar-Star, Wolverine, etc.)

HPA IS ONLY ALLOWED ON CALENDAR SET DATES or PRIVATE BOOKINGS.

HPA IS NOT ALLOWED WITH GENERAL WALK ON SESSIONS.

CHRONO PROCESS 

 After your initial chrono upon checking in, all guns are subject to random chrono checks throughout the day.  If you fail a secondary chrono check at any time, you will be asked to leave for the remainder of the day.

SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS/ALCOHOL

Please note, any notice of smoking, vaping use of drugs or outside alcohol within the building will result in a ban. All smoking and vaping is allowed outside the gate in the parking lot. Please do not smoke within the parking lot. Should we smell or suspect drug use, the customer(s) will be asked to leave. For those 21 years of age or older are welcome to have a few drinks from The Arsenal during or after playing, but no outside alcohol is allowed anywhere inside or outside the premises. 

NO OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS

We have an onsite restaurant with drinks and food. Any outside food or drinks will be asked to be disposed of. We do allow fully sealed water bottles into the arena, but must be checked by front desk staff prior to entering the staging area. Coolers bigger then 24 x 24 inches are NOT ALLOWED and all coolers are subject to inspection by a Battle Lab team member.

AGE REQUIREMENT

All players must be 10 years old or older. Please note that airsoft is an extreme sport that can cause minor pain or skin abrasions on impact. There may be loud noises, dimly lit areas, and large crowds. Please evaluate your individual child or self to make sure this is a suitable environment for them/you regardless of age.

BULLYING

We have a zero tolerance on bullying. Any intentional name calling, intimidation, posturing, or harassment will result in your immediate expulsion from our facility, without refund. In the event of an issue please inform a Battle Lab team member or referee for them to handle the situation.

FPS/CHRONO/SAFETY EQUIPMENT

All personal replicas and face masks must be checked, chronographed and verified during the check in process. All replicas must be measured with .20g bb. Our FPS range is max 400FPS, All rules sets for FPS is in our Class System information page: CLICK HERE

Full seal goggles and lower face protection combos are acceptable as long as they cover your nose, mouth, cheeks, and chin. You must have a form of ear protection ridge or soft as long as the ears are covered. Gloves of any kind are required to play as well as closed toed shoes. 

GUN BAGS

ALL personal replicas entering the facility must be covered, in a bag or box. There are to be NO exposed replicas in the parking lot or outside the facilities at any time.

BARREL SOCKS

All rifles must have a barrel sock covering the muzzle and all side arms must be securely holstered when not on the play floor. Barrel socks are available in the outpost.

STAGING AREA

When in the staging area: NO MAGS in replicas, NO dry firing, fingers must be OFF the trigger and the safety must be turned ON and  barrel socks on. Pistols can be holstered and strapped in but magazines must be out of the gun. Dry firing your replica in a safety or public area will result in your immediate expulsion from the property, without refund. Please note along with safety, Battle Lab is not liable for any of your personal belongings within our building. There are lockers for FREE use. Please use the honor system within our staging area and field with playing and regarding other people's belongings.

VANDALISM

Any intentional destruction or defacement of any area in the facility will result in immediate expulsion from the facility, without refund, and will result in charges for repair or a police report of vandalism.

ARENA RULES

Face mask and eye protection must be worn at all times. If you are in the arena without face protection  you will be ejected from play for the remainder of the day without refund.

   Must have close toed shoes. Long sleeve shirts and pants highly recommended.

   Gloves on when entering the field.

   Use the honor code; call your hits and return to re-spawn area. Cheating will not be tolerated!

   No blind fire – You must have your eyes on target before shooting.

   No over shooting or shooting players returning to re-spawn areas.

   Never shoot towards the ceiling, floor, lighting, or signs.

   If a door is closed, it is not in play. NO kicking doors, walls or climbing on structures.

   No physical contact with other players at any time.

   No arguing or yelling in arena. Talk to a referee if you have issues.

   No arguing with referees. Referees have the final say.

   No foul language – this is a family friendly facility.

   Follow individual game play rules as described by the referee before each game.

   Clear your weapon, remove magazine, replace barrel sock, and turn on safety, before exiting the arena.

    NO personal music devices playing any music is allowed in staging area or arena. 

FIREARMS

NO real firearms or live ammunition are allowed anywhere on the property or in the facility. This is for your own safety and the safety of those around you. 

PYROTECHNICS

No pyrotechnic items are allowed within the building or premises.

ALLOWED BB WEIGHT

BB's allowed to be played with are .20's and .25's. Nothing greater in weight is allowed.
